SAFETY INFORMATION
Covid 19 Resources
-
We have launched a COVID-19 hotline phone number 877-652-4844 and an email COVID19@RanchoMirageCA.gov which is monitored by staff from 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday.
-
To share information with our citizens, we continually update the City's website home page (www.RanchoMirageCA.gov) and have added a dedicated COVID-19 website (covid19.ranchomirageca.gov) to list all important City updates, communications and additional resources in one location. The City also has been using their various social media channels and added a NextDoor account to ensure timely and accurate information extends beyond the City's email database.
-
The City has released numerous Eblasts updating the community on State and County orders, Rancho Mirage moratoriums on Short-Term Rentals and Evictions, Rancho Mirage COVID-19 Hotline numbers and updates from Eisenhower Health.
-
Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage has a 24/7 dedicated hotline staffed by registered nurses to discuss symptoms and concerns. That number is: 760-TEST988 (or 760-837-8988).
-
The State of California also has a one-stop website to assist Californians in stopping the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). It provides information on getting tested, unemployment & disability benefits, applying for paid family leave, assistance for small businesses and guidance for re-opening approved businesses. That website is: www.covid19.ca.gov.
